William Kneeland
William Kneeland has a combined 50 years of experience in the A/E/C industry with first-hand knowledge in civil/structural (HTB), construction supervision/management (Bechtel), sales (Trane), and Design & Build (BKI) Co-Owner 24 years. He first became involved with inverted roofs in Alaska and membrane roofs in Oklahoma City in late 1980s. Since 2015 employed by Basey’s Roofing & Sheet Metal and is certified by OK CIB Commercial Endorsement.
William is regularly interconnected with education/training seminars to bring attention to Roofing Contractors, Architects, Engineers, etc. to low slope roof drainage code violations (secondary roof drains/scuppers, areas, rain intensities, etc.) including wood nailers/blocking, parapet wall sheathing including fastener load transfer issues. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from University of Alaska in 1972.
