Grant Golliver is the 3rd generation president and operations manager of Messick Roofing & Construction, Inc. He is the oldest grandchild of our founder, Paul Messick who established our namesake company in Tulsa, OK in 1962. The first 47 years in business we specialized exclusively in commercial roofing and construction. Since Grant took over 15 years ago, he has flipped our business model to almost 90% residential re-roofing projects related to, but not exclusively to insurance claims.
At Messick Roofing we processes between 60-90 claims per year, Grant is fluent in negating fair settlements for our clients. A new foundation was set in the way my grandfather trained me to run his prize business. He earn's his client’s business by advising them on the truth about their roofs current condition, not what they want to hear because they want a new roof for one reason or another.
