Speakers Bio:
Stephanie Lee is an Oklahoma native with a passion for helping people and giving back to her community.  Her giving nature led her to become the Public Adjuster she is today.  With over 14 years of experience and an extensive background in insurance adjusting and construction, Stephanie became a Public Adjuster in 2018 with Coppermark Public Adjusters.  Since that time, she has obtained her Associate in Claims (AIC) and Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) designations from The Institutes.  She is currently working on her Legal Principles Claim Specialist (LPCS) designation from the American Educational Institute.  In addition to these accolades, Stephanie holds many certifications for her profession, including HAAG Residential and Commercial Inspector, Xactimate certification, and many others.  Not only does she believe in giving back, but she believes continuing her education is what makes her so successful.

Stephanie is involved with her church as in integral part of the kids' program, a member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City, a board member of National Women in Roofing, a member of the American Policyholder Association (APA), a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), and the committee chair of the Public Relations and Marketing committee of NAPIA.  She was also selected as a Woman of the Year honoree for 2020.

When Stephanie is not working as a Public Adjuster or volunteering in her community, she spends her time with her husband, David, two children, Rowan and Henry, her dog, Leo, and her cat, Rascal.  She loves to travel with her family, spend time at the lake, and spend a good day at the spa.

Speaker Bio:
Jim Silver is a Territory Manager for GAF in Tulsa, OK.  Prior to joining GAF, Jim was a successful sales manager and roofing salesperson for over 13 years.  As such, he conducted thousands of in-home presentations and worked continually to refine a professional system of selling geared specifically to the roofing industry.  He spent a number of years as the roofing specialist on a popular, weekly, home-improvement radio show answering questions from homeowners about their personal roofing concerns.  

He is also instrumental in the development of the GAF “In Home Selling System” which is being launched in 2022.
