REMINDER: Metal Roofing Best Installation Practices

This is just a reminder to sign up for the Metal Roofing Best Installation Practices class being offered by our friends from Gideon Steel Panel Company. Two classes are currently being offered, one on March 27th and one on March 28th. The class will run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on both days. Space is limited however and going quick.

CLASS OVERVIEW
- Are you looking to improve your metal roofing installation skills?
- Do you or someone you know want to learn best install methods for metal roofing?
- Are you seeking training for your crew to become qualified metal roofing installers?
Gideon Steel Panel Company is looking to train-up as many willing and able people as possible with hands-on, best practice installation of concealed fastener panel (snap lock and mechanical seam, standing seam) and exposed fastener panel for metal roofing to elevate the roofing industry in our region.
As in most markets there is usually a shortage in skilled labor to install metal roofing. Certain elements of the install can be a craft. One of Gideon Steel Panel Company's goals in 2025 is to increase the number of skilled installers, specifically for metal roofing, to elevate the roofing industry. This will be hands-on training hosted by Gideon Steel Panel Company in March 2025.
Who should attend:
- Beginner or novice installers of metal who want to learn and improve their skills to become an expert at this craft
- Expert installers who want to hone their craft and continue their education regarding best installation practices
- Roofing company project managers to gain the experience of what to look for in best practice install detail
This is an exciting, continuing education event
